Diese umfassen unbeabsichtigte Allergieeintr\u00e4ge, die hierzulande vor allem als Spurenkennzeichnung (\u201eKann Spuren enthalten von xy\u201c) bekannt sind. Ziel ist die Schaffung einheitlicher Vorgaben f\u00fcr die Kennzeichnung m\u00f6glicher unbeabsichtigter Allergeneintr\u00e4ge, um Verbraucher besser zu informieren und gleiche Wettbewerbsbedingungen f\u00fcr Lebensmittelunternehmen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
